Engineering challenge
Operators needed real-time multi-session WhatsApp inboxes, SLA alerts, and strict RBAC across tenants without fragmenting web and mobile codebases.
Architectural solution
Delivered a Turbo monorepo with NestJS APIs, Next.js dashboard, Expo app, Socket.io chat, Zustand state, Tailwind UI, and Prisma/PostgreSQL RBAC.
My role
Led architecture across backend, web dashboard, and mobile clients; owned real-time inbox UX and multi-tenant RBAC model.
